The Kingdom Fitness mobile application is powered by Club Automation, a third-party gym management platform. Use of the mobile application is also subject to Club Automation’s separate terms and conditions and privacy policy. In the event of a conflict, Club Automation’s terms govern your use of the mobile application.
2. Membership and Account Registration
To access certain services, including membership features and the mobile application, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and physical address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Kingdom Fitness is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
3. Mobile Application Use
The mobile application allows members to access gym information, manage memberships, book classes, view schedules, and review account details. Availability of app features may vary and is dependent on Club Automation’s platform functionality.
Kingdom Fitness does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the mobile application and is not responsible for outages, data loss, or technical issues related to the app or Club Automation’s systems.
4. Payment Processing and Billing
All payments for memberships, classes, merchandise, and services are processed through third-party gym management and payment processing providers, including Club Automation. Kingdom Fitness does not directly store full payment card details.
By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your membership agreement and acknowledge that billing disputes related to processing may involve third-party providers.
5. Use of Information
Personal and usage information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information necessary to manage memberships, provide services, and maintain security.
Security-related data such as IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers may be collected and processed through security providers such as Cloudflare to protect our digital infrastructure.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use our website, mobile application, or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of our systems or third-party platforms.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without prior written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Our services may integrate or link to third-party platforms, including Club Automation. Kingdom Fitness does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, mobile application, services, or facilities.
This includes, but is not limited to, service interruptions, app downtime, data loss, billing errors caused by third-party processors, or inability to access membership features.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Fitness, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the mobile application.
11. Suspension and Termination
Kingdom Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership, account access, or use of services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the business, staff, or members.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
